Talent Development Yearly Process

The Talent Development Framework incorporates a comprehensive set of programs designed to support players year-round and provide opportunities for competitive growth. These include the Summer Development Programme (Outdoor), Winter Development Programme (Indoor), Age Group League Participation, and the Emerging Players Program. Each program is tailored to specific stages of development and seasons.

Indoor Training Programme
The Indoor Training Programme, scheduled from February to April, is designed to emphasize skill development and enhancement. This initiative aims to prepare the team thoroughly for the forthcoming season, ensuring that all players are well-equipped with the necessary techniques and strategies. Additionally, this period will facilitate the registration process for players, allowing for a smooth transition into the competitive phase of the season.

Age Group Squad Preparation
The preparation for participation in the CYCA and CCA leagues involves a comprehensive approach to squad development. This includes conducting Training and intra-squad matches, which are essential for the selection of team members based on a clearly defined selection process. These activities are designed to assess the skills and performance of potential players, ensuring that the final squad is well-equipped to compete effectively in the upcoming leagues.

Outdoor Training Programme and Matches
The Outdoor Training Programme and Matches scheduled from May to August will encompass a series of league matches.
