As preparation for 2009 gets into full swing, I would like to organise a recruitment drive so that our 1st and 2nd teams can push on for further success and to make the 3rd team a feasible proposition. We also hoping to increase membership of our colts section, including the encouragement of parents to get more involved with the club.

As part of this drive Mark is designing and printing some flyers which we need distributing around Cambourne so I am asking for volunteers to help with this by meeting up at the pavilion at 11am this Saturday morning (24th January) and deliver flyers in an individually assigned area of Cambourne. The more people we get, the easier it will be for everyone as each zone will be smaller, so please try and make the effort to turn up and help if you can.

If you know anyone that might be interested in playing cricket this summer then please do encourage them to get involved by bringing them along to a net session or any other event such as the AGM on 1st February.
