NatWest CricketForce encourages cricket supporters, their friends and families to give something back to their local community cricket club by volunteering to undertake major renovations to clubhouses and grounds. Cambourne Cricket Club have taken this opportunity in the past few seasons by putting together work parties to undertake such jobs as preparing the pavilion for the new season, putting up the cricket frame and net and running some training drills which have been very successful.

This year the club are planning to varnish the decking in the pavilion and get the pavilion ready for cricket this season as well as making sure we have everything prepared for playing cricket on the 2nd pitch this season. Cricket Force's success relies on volunteers so if you can please do make the effort to come along and help - you may not have enough time to offer a long term commitment to the club to today is an opportunity to give something back. As an added incentive, hotdogs will be provided for hungry workers at lunchtime when the work is complete.
